Welcome to another exciting Southern Utah Home Builders
Association’s Parade of Homes. This is our 14th annual Parade and every year this event is more satisfying and enjoyable. We appreciate those
of you who make visiting St. George in February an annual event. We also appreciate first-time visitors and hope to have you return in
the future.
Our Parade of Homes is the "showcase" for 25 of our association's top quality builders.
These builders are the best in the business. They are all experienced and licensed contractors and the creativity and fine craftsmanship displayed in each of
these homes is beyond compare.
In addition to our great builders, subcontractors, landscapers, and decorators, we have numerous sponsors and suppliers, who
give us great support. You will see their merchandise in these beautiful homes. You can visit their booths located in the garages of the
homes. You can also read about them in this publication.
Thanks to the many members in this Association who have donated endless hours to make this event
a pleasant experience for you and your family. Thanks to the Parade of Homes Committee and Southern Utah Home Builders Association staff
for countless hours of dedicated service in making this show such a overwhelming success.
As some 27,000 visitors of you will attend our Parade of Homes this year, we know you
will see that Southern Utah is
a great place to live and visit. Take time and enjoy the area, you will fall in love with the beauty and quality here. Our weather and crystal
blue skies, our breathtaking views and scenic vistas, our State and National parks, our recreation and hiking, our golf, and our wonderful
