| The intent was to bring the Park City/Deer Valley
look down into the valley — and that’s what the builder
did.
One of the main features of the home is that it
took the newest trends and eliminated the formal living and
dining rooms and replaced them with a giant great room.
There is also one bedroom, the master suite, and
an office on the main level. The great room is certain to get
attention with its 25-foot ceiling and rock fireplace that
extends the entire distance. On the lower level there is a
large recreation room, three bedrooms and two and a half
baths.
The home was also designed to take advantage of
the views, which required adding a lot of windows — big
windows. Aside from the great room, the one thing that is sure
to stand out is the central stairway leading to the lower
level. The stairway is done in oak and iron and offers a view
down into the bar and rec room.
The kitchen comes with 10-foot ceilings and
cabinets the rise up to the ceiling. Everything the owner
could want in a kitchen is there, including a wine cooler,
trash masher and two disposals, as well as upgraded
appliances.
All of the floors in the home are alder with the
exception of the master suite that has carpeting. The master
bath is another highpoint in the home. It is large and comes
with a travertine tile on the floor and walls. The shower
comes with a custom water massage system. The garage doors
look like the old carriage-style doors, but open like regular
garage doors.
