| This
is one of Fieldstone’s more popular homes. It is also one of
its largest. This is a craftsman-style home that has a stone
front and a large front porch. It also has a hipped room and
comes with vinyl siding.
Entering
the home, people will pass large formal living and dining
rooms, and then pass a half-bath conveniently located on the
main level. In the back of the home is a large, open kitchen
that connects to the family room and breakfast nook.
The
idea behind the design is for convenience, entertaining and
for watching the kids play. There is no fireplace in the
family room of this home, but that is an option open to
buyers.
The
kitchen includes oak cabinets and a large walk-in pantry. The
appliance package includes dishwasher, stove, fan and
disposal. There is a laundry room off the two-car garage that
can also be a mud room.
The
master suite leads to a grand bath with garden tub and shower
and walk-in closet. There is also a loft on the second level
that can be used as an office or den.
One
thing the builders wanted was to take advantage of natural
light, so large windows were incorporated into the design. All
of the bedrooms in the home come with walk-in closets.
There
is no basement to the home, but one can be added at owner’s
request. The home also comes with front-yard landscaping and
sprinkler system.
