A lot of wood was used in the home. Knotty maple cabinets were used in the kitchen and bathroom. 

Each of the bathrooms comes with a custom ceramic tile look, using Italian tile and lots of custom trim pieces. Granite countertops were used in the kitchen and laundry room. 

Hardwood flooring was used in the kitchen and marble flooring was used in the entry. Other features include the use of five-inch crown molding and three-tone paint. 

In the rear of the home there is a large — 700 square foot — covered deck. There is a see-through fireplace between the living room and family room that is done in river rock and reaches from floor to ceiling — about 15 feet. 

A lot of rocks were also used in the landscaping of the home. In the kitchen, stainless-steel appliances were used. 

The master suite is located on the second level and comes with a walk-in closet with organizers that include pull-out drawers, glass doors and cedar wood. The master bath has a jetted tub and shower.  

There is a large den next to the marble entry that leads to the grand master retreat and patio spa. The basement includes an entertainment room, with TV and surround sound and a workout room, complete with all the equipment and a spa. 

The home also comes with beautiful 180-degree views. Upstairs features a foyer, four bedrooms and two Jack and Jill baths.
