| This
is a rambler-style home that the builder has modified to fit
today’s needs. It has a brick exterior with a little stucco
accent.
There
are arches, pillars and sconces throughout the home, not to
mention special glass work and tile flooring.
The
home comes with 10-foot ceilings in the halls that lead to
14-foot high ceilings in the dining and entry and vaults in
the family room and kitchen.
Clear
alder and knotty alder are blended throughout. Clear alder,
for example, is used in the kitchen and knotty alder is used
in the laundry room. The cabinets were designed by the builder
and are accented with extra molding.
Lighting
in the home is unique in that the owner can blend up to four
“scenes” into one room by programming seven
switches.
The
master suite, family room and kitchen are on the main level.
The master has a small sitting area adjacent to a very large
master bath with tub and separate shower.
The
entertaining area is on the lower level and includes a second
kitchen with an under-counter refrigerator, bar sink and
microwave.
The
area is also wired for a home entertainment center. The
builder also used a lot of stained glass throughout, including
in the garage door, sidelights near the front door and above
the stairway to the basement.
It
also has a home office with a convenient outside entrance and
a completely covered patio.
