| The
plan for this home has evolved from looking at what today's
buyers want and then building it. In this case, the home is
designed for the empty nester, but is large enough to
accommodate visitors when they come to visit or stay.
All of the main living features
are on one level, while all of the guest bedrooms and a bath
are on the lower level. This is an alternative home for those
who have tried and don't care for condominium living, but want
a home.
They get all the advantages,
but get them in a home - not a condo. The exterior is a blend
of stone and stucco that carries a French look. The ceilings
are all 11 feet or higher. This is done through the use of
stick building, as opposed to using trusses. Even the flat
ceilings are 11 feet.
The kitchen comes with
all of the features people like these days, including
stainless-steel appliances, cherrywood cabinets with a black
lime treatment and a unique dimensional look - meaning some
cabinets are taller than others and some stand out further
than others.
In the laundry room, the washer
and dryer are under-counter to give the owner more work space.
The master suite is filled with lots of room, with tall
center-vault ceilings and a surround-sound system.
The master bath comes with
shower and oversized tub. One of the special features is that
the home is thoroughly wired for complete sound. Meaning, that
with a touch of a button or remote, the owners can change
stations or CDs.
The lower level offers a media
center, game room, wet bar, fitness room, full walkout and two
bedrooms.
