The Serenity is a European rambler nestled in the back of a private site that is secluded with pines.

The home offers views of the Wasatch Mountain range. In order to take advantage of the views, the builder included a number of large windows throughout the home.

It also comes with a large master deck located off the kitchen nook and family room. The main floor includes a grand living room, an office with a fireplace, a master suite and bath, a large family room and a professional kitchen.

The basement includes four bedrooms, three baths and a large family room and a kitchenette. It also offers a large three-car garage and parking for an RV.

This is one of the largest homes included in the show with more than 7,400 square feet of finished living space.

The master suite is located towards the rear of the home and leads to a master bath with separate tub and shower.

The family room and kitchen are also towards the rear of the home. There is an entertainment area on the lower level along with the other bedrooms.

One of the things this home has is a lot of storage area in the lower level.

In order to not take away from the overall design of the home, the three-car garage was shifted to make way for a side entry. There is a door from the garage leading into the laundry room and kitchen area.
