Biggest Parade Ever!

The 58th Annual, 2004 Salt Lake Parade of Homes is flying higher and better than ever before, but we are building on the great traditions and foundation of previous Parades. This year, with 52 homes worth over $30 million, is the largest and most diversified ever. You can see them all, choose various price ranges, choose different locations, or you can focus on the big, expensive custom homes. Certainly this is a Parade with something for everybody!

Ticket prices are $10 general admission.

Tickets may be purchased at our Home Product Show from Friday, August 6th through Sunday, August 8th and receive $2 discount (ticket price will be $8 instead of $10) at the South Towne Exposition Center located at 9500 So. State Street. in Sandy, Utah.

Or tickets may be purchased at any of the 52 scattered homes in the Salt Lake Valley.

TWO SHOW EVENT FOR THE PRICE OF ONE

Starting Friday, August 6th and running through Sunday, August 8th you should stop by the Home Product Show that will feature over 300 exhibitors, at the South Towne Exposition Center (9500 South State Street). This trade show is a state-of-the-art home building product show exhibiting everything you need to know about home building, decorating, landscaping and much more...all under one roof. Also displayed at the show will our row of playhouses. This year, we have 1 playhouse and 2 playgrounds that were donated by local business to be auctioned off (through silent auctions and random drawing) to support local charities.

The Parade of Homes event will also start Friday, August 6th and run through Saturday, August 21st, 2004. The 52 Parade homes are scattered across the Salt Lake Valley with four locations where four or more homes are clustered together. These clusters are at Daybreak in South Jordan, Rosecrest in Herriman, SunCrest on Traverse Ridge Mountain in Draper, and in the Draper Corner Canyon area. The playhouse & playgrounds can be seen at Daybreak where donations and auctioning will continue from Monday, August 9th through the end of the show Saturday, August 21st, where winners will be contacted after the conclusion of the Parade.

This Parade has so much to offer and 16 days for you to see it all! You don't want to be standing on the sidelines and let the "Parade pass you by." Come join the Parade! This is a summertime tradition that is fun for family and friends.
