| This is a new plan being introduced by the builder this year that includes a number of creative concepts, such as the rough-sawn timbers arched over the entry of the front porch and copper fascia, soffet and rain gutters.
And, along with the copper accent, the front porch also comes with stamped concrete.
Special attention was paid to the landscaping, which will include a waterfall that appears to be coming from the mountainside.
One of the first things visitors will notice as they walk in is the two-story fireplace constructed of
hand-quarried rock specifically for this home.
