The builder designed the home to offer an architectural reproduction of Salt Lake's famed Harvard/Yale district.
The home is a tudor cottage, which is a recreation of an old English cottage. It has steep roof pitches, swooped cornices and an enchanting arched entry porch.
Its old-fashioned, round-topped front door compliments the overall look of the home.
The ceilings on all three levels are nine feet with cathedral ceilings in the great room, master suite and guest suite.
