College Pride is a collaborated effort of the construction trade students, staff and faculty of Salt Lake Community College.

This home is not entered in the parade to compete with local builders, but rather to promote the construction trades program at the school.

The students were responsible for the entire project - everything from picking house plans and obtaining necessary permits to final inspection and cleanup.

This, the first entry into the home show, is a traditional-style home that blends brick and stucco on the exterior.
