| The home started with a plan that was, a few years back, one of the most popular offered by the builders.
Over time, however, changes were made and now a new plan has emerged bringing with it a blend of what today's empty nesters are looking for.
Among the changes was an additional 500 square feet of living space.
People also wanted larger rooms and more area for entertaining and this plan reflects that.
This also marks the first time the builder has used arched timbers on a home.
