The 2001 parade of Homes will be held at Carriage Chase in Sandy. The location is 9500 South and 2100 East. This is exciting because it means a return to the middle of the valley of the Parade of Homes. This newly developed residential area has a fantastic panoramic view of the Wasatch Mountains and is right on the way to beautiful Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. This area has some of the finest homes in the Southeast Salt Lake Valley and is convenient to shopping, schools and transportation.

The Parade of Homes will begin on Thursday, August 2, 2001 with a Vip Evening Event and will be open to the public on Friday, August 3 and run through August 18. This year's parade will showcase homes in two areas. Several homes and an exhibitor's tent will be located at Carriage Chase in Sandy. In addition, there will 24 homes built at scattered site locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and Tooele. All of the homes will be fully decorated and landscaped and will exhibit the ultimate in what the home building industry has to offer.

At the exhibitor's tent, you will have an opportunity to view many vendors displaying the latest building products, from state of the art improvements to new building technology. All Parade builders are members of he Home Builders Association of Greater Salt Lake and each home will feature products and service provided and displayed by our associate members.

Whether you are searching for ideas to improve your existing home, or simply enjoy looking at the skilled craftsmanship the Utah Home Building Industry has to offer, you won't be disappointed by the 2001 Salt Lake Parade of Homes
