This is a new plan that is being introduced by the builder. This is a rustic-looking home with a blend of brick, stone and stucco on the outside. Inside, the builder continued the theme using knotty alder cabinets and granite countertops.
To carry the theme, the same knotty alder used in the cabinets was also used for the exterior front door. All of the interior doors are of the taller eight-foot design.
Expected to be one of the most eye-catching features in the home will be the grand master bath. Here, travertine marble was used and was placed diagonally and then accented with some trend pieces in the surround and on the shower walls and floor.
To give the home a more open feeling, nine-foot ceilings were used on both the main and lower levels. Vaults in the great room area give the home a very open feeling. In the basement of the home there is a great room with a wet bar and pool table, as well as a home theater center with incorporated wiring.
Stainless steel appliances, including the new design in refrigerator with the freezer along the bottom, were used. There is also a desk in the kitchen for owner convenience. The floors in the kitchen and formal dining area are six-inch knotty alder planks, again to keep with the theme of the home. In the bathrooms, entry and eating nook, porcelain tile was used.
Ceiling fans were used in all of the bedrooms. The home has three garages, two are side entry and the third is on an angle. The sidewalk and driveway are a colored concrete.
