The Brookshire three-plex homes feature stucco and stone exteriors along with maintenance-free landscaping. This is a condominium community that is very early into the building stage. Only one building has been completed. 

There will be three different units, ranging from the studio to the three-bedroom model. Each home includes large rooms with nine-foot ceilings on the main floor. 

Each plan has a large master suite with walk-in closets and a master bath with a garden tub. Other amenities at Aspen Springs will include a clubhouse with a meeting room and exercise room as well as a swimming pool and year-round hot tub. 

Aspen Springs is accented with open spaces and views of the surrounding area. The plans themselves are new. Most of the available units will be two-story models ranging from two to three bedrooms, and up to three bathrooms. 

Available flooring ranges from new vinyls to ceramic tile. On the main level, the dining room is located off the kitchen and both are separated by an island bar. The master suite leads to a walk-in closet and a large master bath complete with garden tub. 

Plans are to begin construction on the pool, spa and community center soon. Among the other features of the community will be a maze of walking paths and extra parking for visitors and family. Two of the homes offer walk-out doors leading to private patios.
