The Belmont model home has been customized with many pre-designed options available. The Belmont features 10-foot flat ceilings, a large master suite and a dramatic great room that features a wall of windows.
Some of the options include two decks, a three-car garage and nine-foot ceilings in the basement with a walkout to the lower patio. The home's curb appeal is enhanced by the French country styling and the stone turret over the entry.
One of the things owners will have access to is the 3,674-square-foot community center with swimming pool, hot tub and billiards. The community will also have five landscaped parks and monitored community entrances, all nestled along the Draper foothills overlooking South Mountain Golf Course.
The community also fronts the Bonneville Trail, which traverses the entire Salt Lake Valley's east bench near the 5,000-foot elevation, and lies adjacent to the proposed connector road over Traverse Mountain into Utah Valley.
Total land area of the community exceeds 65 acres, with more than 45 acres dedicated to Draper City as open space. Also, more than 12 acres of landscaping will be done, including perimeter berms, along with more than 2,500 shrubs and trees, which have been planted to date.
Each Village home is detached in order to achieve such things as comfort and low-maintenance, private yards and decorating options.
All plans are designed for main-floor living with large great rooms, master bedroom suites, laundry and three-car garages. Full basements offer bonus space for guest bedrooms and storage. Walkout patios and back yards provide a sense of privacy for owners.
