The Lexington is located within the main center of the Parade - Carriage Chase. Its location opens up a panoramic view of the mountains that join at Little Cottonwood Canyon.
This is a two-story home with four bedroom, three-and-a-half baths that combines rustic elements with an eclectic European motif. High ceilings along with secluded living space give sort of an outdoor feel to the home. Two-tone paint, solid-surface countertops, natural gas fireplaces, upgraded moldings, vaulted ceilings, customized cabinetry and jetted tub are all standard features in the homes at Carriage Chase.
One of the things visitors to the home will notice upon entering is the panel of windows looking out to the north and the hand-carved mantel over the great-room fireplace. Among the standard features being offered are jetted tub with marble surround in the master suite, cultured-marble tops on the double vanity, ceramic tile or hardwood in the master bath, rounded corners throughout, raised-panel oak cabinets with crown molding in the kitchen, solid-surface countertops and ceramic tile or hardwood in the kitchen, eating nook and entry.
The appliances are Maytag. The exterior of the home is stucco and brick, with the opportunity to use stone as an option. The home also comes with direct-vent fireplaces, central air conditioning, nine-foot ceilings on the main level and an eight-foot-high garage door instead of the standard seven-foot variety. The home is also only a stone's throw away from the Alta Canyon Sports Center.
