Welcome to the 2004 Park City Area Showcase of Homes. This year we are showcasing 20 of the area's finest homes. You'll discover plenty of styles and designs to check out from the mountains of Park City to the beautiful Heber Valley.

As a Home Builders Association made up of general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, Realtors, mortgage lenders and various community members, we have all worked long and hard to not only build a stronger association, but to help build, strengthen and wisely grow our communities in which we live and work.

Every year we strive to bring a better and more unique Showcase to our area by using age-old craftsmanship along with all that is new and innovative in our industry and this year is no exception.
