We are excited to welcome you to the 2003 Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes. This year we have 28 fabulous homes for you to visit.

We invite you to see all of the Parade homes, including nine homes at the fixed site, which is located at 900 E. Eagle Ridge Drive at the Eaglepointe Estates in North Salt Lake. The additional 19 homes are scattered from North Salt Lake to Ogden.

The annual Parade of Homes gives the public a chance to see the latest in building design, home products, architecture and landscaping. Each year more than 15 thousand people from Utah and surrounding areas attend the Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes.

The Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association (NWHBA) is a not-for-profit organization that provides the public and its members a means to choose from a group of qualified professionals in the building industry. Our members include builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and related building professionals who dedicate themselves to the advancement of the home-building industry. If you are in the market to build a home, I encourage you to choose a builder who is a member of a Home Builders Association. We subscribe to a high code of ethics, which shows through each member builder's quality workmanship and high level of customer satisfaction.

The NWHBA is actively involved in charity events. Each year the NWHBA donates a children's playhouse to the Festival of Trees, which is auctioned off to help benefit the Primary Children's Medical Center. Weber State University and the Ogden Applied Tech College students pursing careers in building and the construction industry receive scholarships to further their education.

We have partnered with the Greater Ogden Area Association of Realtors in the Have-A-Heart Project. A volunteer builder from our association will build an affordable home for a family who would otherwise not be able to make the dream of owning their own home a reality.
