This is probably the most unique home in this year's show. It is an ancient design transformed into modern living.
It is a one-story rambler with a walkout basement, but its most attractive feature is that it is so efficiently designed that while walking through the home there is only one dead end. Everything else flows with no hallways and lots of useable space.
The exterior of the home is mostly brick with a little stucco for accent.
Certain to attract visitors' attention will be the floors. They are constructed from split bamboo. Bamboo is a new product to the U.S. market, but is gaining popularity.
