Every year the Northern Wasatch Homebuilders Association and the Ogden Area Board of Realtors get involved in a "Have-A-Heart'' home.

Some of the building materials are donated, subcontractors donate some of the work and a lot of the work is donated by the builder, which in this case is Stuart Smith of Mainline Construction.

The home will now be sold to a family who could not otherwise ever hope to own a home of their own at this time.

Applications have been taken and a committee is reviewing each case.
