This home started with an idea, then went to a plan and is now a so-called one-and-a-half story home, with living area and master on the main and a bedroom and bonus room on the second level.

The exterior is a blend of rock and stucco. The rock theme was then carried over into the interior of the home.

For example, a lot of slate was used on the floors. Rock was also used on some of the pillars near the entry and, obviously, for the water feature.

Nearby is the entry to the master suite, which makes it possible for the sound of running water to easily be carried into the room.
