| Every year the builder has his architect come up with some new plans, plans never before seen.
One of those plans was felt to be perfect for the home show - and, consensus is, the choice was right.
This is a traditional-style home with some of the trademark features of the builder - openness and lots of windows. The exterior of the home is a blend of rock and stucco, accented by exposed timber beams and columns and natural wood shutters.
One thing visitors will notice is that this home is accented with a lot of wood. Upon entering the home there is a formal living room on the left and a formal dining area to the right. Continuing on, the flow leads into a very large great room toward the back of the home. Two things stand out in this room - the large windows, which offer a great view of the valley below, and the river-rock fireplace that extends up nearly 20 feet to the ceiling. Also in the great room, the look of the exposed beams is continued.
The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. On the main level are the master suite and a guest bedroom. From the master suite, French doors lead out to a large deck. The home will have a nice master bath with walk-in closet and ceramic tile floor.
Most of the main level, including the great room and kitchen, feature hardwood flooring. The lower level of the home is finished and comes with a second kitchen, a second natural-gas fireplace, an exercise room and two more guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It has a three-car garage and a fully landscaped yard.
