There is, no doubt, nothing else like it in the parade. For example, it has a covered deck that is 10-foot wide that completely surrounds the home. Another thing that is unique to this home is the builder used a hardboard siding, which gives it the old tongue-and-groove look of an old-style ranch homes. 

Entering the home, walking up a 14-foot wide stairway of glued-laminated beams and under the covered porch, visitors will find the great room and kitchen to the left and master suite to the right. In the great room, kitchen and dining area there are large open tresses. 

On the second level there are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms and a loft that overlooks the great room. In the great room there is a large wood-burning rock fireplace. The kitchen includes an island bar with ceramic tile countertops. The floor in the kitchen is a wide-planked oak, which reaches into other parts of the main level. The floors in the bathrooms are ceramic tile. The master suite is on the right side, is very large and features a office area in one corner. 

The basement has been finished and includes a large game room, more bedrooms and another bathroom. The two-car garage is on the lower level and can be accessed from the basement.
