First came the home site, then the home. This home was, in fact, custom designed to fit onto the lot. The lot, itself, is more than one and one-third acres and is very secluded. The home is actually nestled in a valley, but has a great western view down the canyon The exterior of the home is a blend of brick and stucco. It is, says the builder, a home with a Park-City flair.

Inside, the home features rustic, exposed beams, cased windows, hardwood floors and an 18-foot high rock fireplace. This is a large home, with 7,491 total square feet, of which about 6,800 is finished. It has a two-story entry and two staircases - a very formal looking one that lead up from the front of the home and a less formal one in the back of the home to the great room. The master suite and a guest bedroom, which could also be an office, are on the main level.

There is a fireplace in the master, along with a custom bookcase and a wall of windows in the sitting area that are 18-feet high. There are also built-in cabinets in the master. The den off the entry features Brazilian cherry wood credenza and book case. The floors are hardwood. The island bar in the kitchen is of knotty alder. The great room reached up two full stories and is accented by large, exposed beams. In the lower level, there is a bridge that splits the two areas. On one side is a basketball area, with 18-foot ceilings, and an exercise area, and on the other is a recreation room with a used-brick fireplace and a pool table.

There is an attached three-car garage and a detached two-car garage behind the home. There is a stick-frame bonus room over the garage that will become the home theater. The homes comes with four fireplaces and a special computer loft.
