The owner of the home had an idea and the builder helped to bring it to reality. This is the first time this home plan has been shown in this market.

This is a rambler-style home with a lot of curb appeal. It features all brick in the front with a little stucco accent and all stucco in the rear. The entry itself is marble, with pillars and arches to accent the look of the home. Inside the home, there is a formal living room to the left and a study to the right.

The formal living room is sunken and the ceiling is a coffered look. Towards the rear is the family room, dining area and kitchen, complete with island bar. The cabinets in the kitchen are built using two woods - oak and cherry. Visitors will step out of the family room onto a large rear deck that is covered and features great views of the surrounding area.

There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with its own bathroom. The master suite is large and the master bath has a corner tub and a separate shower with dual heads. There is also some unique ceiling work in the master suite. The basement of this home will be finished at a later date. Looking down from the deck, there are two separate water features and a rear yard featuring a lot of rock work. There is a three-car garage, with one of the bays reach back far enough to hold two vehicles.
