| This home was designed by the owner and then turned over to the builder. It is a traditional style with a colonial look and comes with six large pillars in the front and two more in the rear. The pillars are all 12 feet tall. The exterior of the home is all brick.
The grand entry leads off to a large library that also connects to the master suite. There is a living room, a great room and kitchen. Visitors will walk under an arch to get into the master suite, complete with large master bath and his and hers walk-in closets. In the master suite there is a fireplace with a hand-carved mantle featuring an elk. The library features floor-to-ceiling book cases constructed of knotty alder and finished with maple.
This is another "smart" home that features a program that controls the security, the heating, the air conditioning and the sound system from one panel. The kitchen comes with white-wash maple, a large island bar and solid-surface countertops. Off the kitchen is a separate pantry. The range hood in the kitchen was custom made to match the cabinetry. There is a sun room located off the dining room and a large fireplace with a double-decker mantle and a built-in entertainment center. The sun room leads to a large deck, which in turn leads to a large, colonial-style gazebo in the rear of the home.
In the basement there is a full-size kitchen, more bedrooms and bathrooms and a big pool room. Also in the lower level there is more than 800 square feet of storage area. This home features two two-car garages. There is a deck off the master suite that is supported by two of the pillars.
