This, too, is a model home that has been built before, but the builder wanted to introduce it into the home show so he built it again - but with a few changes.

This is a rambler that has also split the bedrooms - master on one side and the other bedrooms on the other side of the home. And again, it was done for a little privacy. The exterior of the home is done in rock and stucco, with "eyebrows'' in rock done over the windows and doors for a very unique look. There is also a large archway over the main entry of the home. Visitors will step into an entry with a 10-foot ceiling, a wrap-around stairway and arches overhead. Stepping into the rear of the home, and into the family room, there is a wall of windows complete with transoms in order to capture the views of the Great Salt Lake.

There is a kitchen island with solid-surface countertops and knotty alder cabinets. The floor in the kitchen is No. 2 oak. There is ceramic tile on the floors in the entry and bathrooms. The master suite is large, 18-by-13, and also comes with the large windows with transoms. In the master bath there is a six-foot jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity.

The basement comes with a large finished rec room. There is space enough to add more bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as space for storage.

Added to the home were central air, a central vacuum system and an intercom.

Off the rear of the home, and accessed from the kitchen, is a large redwood deck. Below that is a kidney-shaped patio, which has been plumbed with natural gas for a barbecue. The home comes with a very large three-car garage.
