This, too, is a new plan introduced for the home show. It was designed by the builder and then altered some to fit into the show and onto the home site.

The home comes with a formal living room, family room, with dining area, and split bedrooms - the master on one side and two more bedrooms on the other side of the home.

The exterior is a blend of brick, stucco and vinyl siding.

The great room and kitchen are tied together and feature vaulted ceilings throughout. There is a fireplace in the family room. In order to capture the surrounding views, a lot of windows were built into the home. In the kitchen there is an island bar and custom cabinets built from raised knotty maple. The floor in the kitchen, dining, bathroom and entry is ceramic tile.

The master suite is large and connects to a walk-in closet and vanity, which leads to the tub and separate toilet enclosure. The builder put in a lot of windows in the master suite to capture surrounding views. The laundry is located on the main level.

The lower level, which is a walk-out basement, is finished and comes with a very large family room, with fireplace, more bedrooms, bathroom and storage. Visitors will step out of the dining room and onto a large patio, complete with natural gas barbecue. The home comes with a two-car garage.
