| To come up with this plan, the builder blended a number of plans together, then took the ideas to the architect to come up with the final product. And it is, says the builder, everything he expected.
This is a traditional-style home with brick, stucco and vinyl siding on the exterior. From the entry, visitors will walk into the formal living room and into the great room. Off to the left is access to the two-car garage. The great room features 16-foot ceilings. From the great room, visitors will be able to look up to a balcony on the second level. There are two bedrooms on the second level and one bath and an area off from the balcony that would be ideal for a reading room. There is a fireplace in the corner of the great room and access onto a large rear patio.
The kitchen also comes with high ceilings for a sense of openness. There is also a special lighting package in the kitchen. The cabinets are knotty alder and the countertops solid surface. The master suite is located to the rear of the home and can also access the deck area. Across from the walk-in closet is a long double vanity and access to the tub and shower.
To take advantage of the views, large windows were used in the master suite. The lower level, some 1,340 square feet, will be unfinished. It is large enough, however, to accommodate more bedrooms, bathrooms, a family room or game room, and storage.
The home will be fully landscaped.
