| A lot of people saw the plan when it was originally built, so the builders decided it was time to introduce the home again.
This is a home described as "elegant'' with a "European flair'' - but not to be confused with the mountain look. To get the look the builder used a blend of rock and timbers. Visitors will pass through a very large entry designed so that upon walking into the home people are able to see all the way back to the rear, which gives off a very open, spacious feeling. There are 10-foot ceilings on the main level. There is a living room off to the left and a den with French doors off to the right. Toward the rear is the dining room with American cherry flooring. Also toward the back of the home is the master suite.
On the floor of the master bath is a distressed travertine stone. The master suite itself is large and is made to look larger by large bay windows and a great view of the outdoors. The cabinets in the kitchen were made of distressed, aged alder and small pegs were put in them to give an even older look. There is a natural gas stove, double ovens and solid-surface countertops in the kitchen.
The basement has been finished and includes a second kitchen, three more bedrooms and a large game room. The bedrooms are large and, in fact, are almost as large as the master suite. The home comes with a three-car garage. This home will be used as a model once the show is over for a new community that will feature 168 homes.
