With the help of the builder, the owner of this home was able to come up with the right plan for the right location.

This is a rambler-style home with a very traditional style to it. The exterior is all brick. Passing through the arched porch area with columns on each side, visitors step into a very large entry with marble floors and a circular staircase in the center leading to the lower level. Straight ahead is the formal living room, with the great room and kitchen off to the right and the master suite off to the left.

Also from the entry there is a music room off to the right and a den across the way. There is a large deck at the rear of the home that is accessible from both the master suite and the great room. The owner has also built in a large home office at the front of the home. Toward the rear is the great room/kitchen/eating area that is also very open and very large. The kitchen, with cherrywood cabinets, is expected to get a lot of attention from visitors. The kitchen itself has a double island and granite countertops.

On the lower level there are four bedrooms, an exercise room, a complete kitchenette and a second family room. The laundry room is also on the second level. Leading out of the walk-out basement there is a water feature and a large sandy play area for kids. There is also a picnic area with barbecue and an underground trampoline.
